I have cried more tears of joy at the examples of the rise in consciousness that is being seen in this time of trouble than I have cried from sadness, but there is great suffering around the world. We will get through this, and we need to help others to get through it.

Agree~ I've said it myself a number of times; to friends and relations. It's good for you. Clears your eyes, let's you let out your feelings some, even if small. You can't let that build up. 🙏

Yes. I have been making space time to express grief, sadness and fear and encouraging my high school daughter to do the same. Tears come up easily and often even in the midst of beautiful moments.

I’m FINALLY crying cleansing tears after too many years of repressed anguish from early childhood trauma so I understand everything you’ve been talking about @marwilliamson. Again, I thank-YOU with all my heart & from my deeply grateful soul! ❤️

That was my day. This stimulus bill has left me demoralized. I’ll be back at it next week but I need time to grieve what is happening.
