My mother used to say, “Sometimes you need a good cry.” She was smart. And if she were here, she would say it now.

Yesterday I cried because I thought I was really going to catch this thing and die. I was very sick and feeling very hopeless After a doctor visit I feel better, but I still have a lot of work to do in my house. If I could cry more I would feel less restless & reactive

Same cry as when Hillary lost? You're so busy letting your unregulated emotions control your mind, you're rendering yourself out of touch with reality! Now you cry cause US Citizens are getting much needed relief that is due? Although the bill isn't perfect,..... 1/2

Bipartisanship worked out to deliver relief in this Major grave time! I think you should read the bill, hannity.com/wp-content/uploa… by person's with greater intellectual insight than you or I! Besides, God put Trump in charge and no wisdom, plan, or insight prevails against God!

Yes...get it out. The body keeps score. Journaling helps, too....especially before bed. Put it out on paper and get it out of your head so you can sleep. We're going to get through this and have a lot of gratitude, too.

I’ve cried today..I’ve felt so much pain for my city New York City; Prayers to all medical staff in the frontlines and to those who have come out to volunteer. We owe you our lives.

Sometimes I find myself in tears for no known reason. When I do, I thank the Universe for an emotional release that was needed whether I knew it or not. After a teary release of emotions I am usually calm & very clear headed. Crying serves a High purpose. 🙏
