I'm more skeptical. "Congress will likely need to" doesn't mean they necessarily will & they probably won't if only the invisible are suffering.I too wish it put more $ directly into people's hands - a lot more. It's basically safety for a few, just barely surviving for too many.
Glad that Congress has passed the stimulus package as people need it. I wish it went further and put more money directly into people’s hands. Congress will likely need to pass an additional stimulus soon as this crisis continues and doors remain closed.
