Our entire government has been hijacked by a corporate aristocracy hardly different than the British monarchy and aristocracy we rejected in 1776. This is so much bigger than Democrats versus Republicans: this is the people versus that entire machinery & what keeps it well oiled.

Very true. Not only do we have a Texas Lt. Gov telling seniors to commit suicide to younger people can get back to slave wages, you have millionaire Senators richsplaining us that $24 an hour is way more than we deserve. Yet once again it's socialism to the rescue.
