That’s why a lot of people voted for it. They felt they had to in order to help people like your mom. And that’s a good thing, that she will receive some relief.

Since 70% of the U.S. economy is consumer driven, doesn't it stand to reason that 70% of the $2 trillion aid package (which is $1.4 trillion) should go directly to the consumers?
