The idea that part of a bailout plan would be helping the already multi-billion dollar oil and gas industry more than we’d help health care workers is morally obscene. It’s like saying, “In response to this crisis, let us give more money to those who are creating the next one.”

There is a Capitalist for you. All they see is dollar signs. If there is Chaos they have a nose for finding the profit, whether strictly legal or not. Poor people dying is a win-win to them. Trump is the King of Capitalists.

Why does it feel like the Federal Government is actively trying to kill us? Is greed really all this is about? I don’t get why they are standing in the way of people thriving. It’s an economic stimulus.

It is a clear indication of priorities. Keeping the rich on top vs keeping the rest of us alive. We are now learning where people's allegiances lie and the consequences of putting profits ahead of people. Let's hope at the end of all this there is finally a reckoning. Keep well.

Unable to feel empathy, long past greed, ego controls his chessboard. And yet, in my minds eye the mother in me sees them as once little boys. Did they not come as innocents?

So everyone still gets a check and you bitch about company's getting money to make sure people can come back to work. What? As much as you would love it government is not going to keep paying people it will and should end.
Opportunistic smash and grab. Never expected any different from this administration
