I’m not anti-capitalist; it has done a lot of good for the world. But unbridled capitalism, untethered to ethical considerations, has done great damage too. It helped create the problem and it is not the answer now. This isn’t about profit for anyone; it’s only about saving lives

So what do you think about his idea of historical materialism which asserts that there is no controlling capitalism, because it is the mode of production which controls the rest of our society? Profits control policy, policies don't control profits.
