I’m not anti-capitalist; it has done a lot of good for the world. But unbridled capitalism, untethered to ethical considerations, has done great damage too. It helped create the problem and it is not the answer now. This isn’t about profit for anyone; it’s only about saving lives

Some will get mad at your tweet yet this is Bernie’s platform too. I’m a social democrat. Capitalism with regulations that prevent corporations from exploiting their workers. Social systems in place so there’s a strong safety net for the most vulnerable. Living wages.

Problem literally came out of the heart of the most communist regime on earth but sure.

As you have been telling people about the Iraq war, you should do more research into it. Capitalism is a horrific system of exploitation domination, and control. Capitalism hasn't created good in the world, workers have. This straight up is not a good take.

Love you Marianne but Capitalism and Ethics are opposing concepts. The profit motive will Never include consideration of life health and the future. At the very best a strictly regulated market could mitigate some of the damage, only possible if money is not in politics

Would be a lot cooler if you were anti-capitalist. But hey, Bernie and you are the only progressives left taking a stand and i am glad for that.
