I’m not anti-capitalist; it has done a lot of good for the world. But unbridled capitalism, untethered to ethical considerations, has done great damage too. It helped create the problem and it is not the answer now. This isn’t about profit for anyone; it’s only about saving lives

Markets != Capitalism. Markets can be fun, but essentials should be owned and operated by the people instead of a small minority, ie socialism. If markets were tied to commodities only, and not healthcare, living, food, etc it would be a much better world.

I gave twenty five years of my life to protecting our Capitalist Society believing it was the Answer that could save humanity and bring everyone to higher standard of living. I am losing that belief on a daily basis and our politicians are the main catalysts.

Anti or not may be irrelevant at this point....

We love you orb mom but you're wrong about primitive accumulation and the transition to capitalism. Get woke pls libcom.org/files/Caliban%20a…

At some point as a nation we have to really question if Citizens United is still a good idea. We allowed political power on the idea that wealth in our political system would be the answer. Trickle down economics has failed and we need power in our social programs w/our tax$’s.

I think that's what ALL this is about. Was everything all fine before all this occurred. And now somehow the 'saving lives' is surfacing.
