The president could absolutely direct industries now to manufacture masks, respirators, ventilators etc on an emergency basis. For whatever reason he is choosing not to do it.

It's tAll for the moment this is all about-the coronation of HRC as she "comes to the rescue " as planned. didn't work with her pied piper strategy in 2016 when it helped Trump to win. he was the stooge that was supposed to make way for her by being himself & it won't work now.
