The president could absolutely direct industries now to manufacture masks, respirators, ventilators etc on an emergency basis. For whatever reason he is choosing not to do it.

It’s like he wants our people suffering. I think he really may he for Russia. Why else would he stall and even obstruct us from getting what we need to save our citizens? Why? He must want a bad result.
