I wonder though, whether the deepest levels of cause can be recognized by most, in the midst of chaos, uncertainty, and intense fear? I want to believe this can be an impetus towards greater understanding, but in times of great vulnerability, it’s also easy to be manipulated...

I think that’s the point. And why it’s so important that we all go deep now. If we stay in fear and panic, we will be more easily manipulated. If we go deep, we will see through to clearer truths.

It’s truly the only way. Every time I see those smiley face commercials or reality tv, it makes me crazy. That’s not real.

I so needed to hear this! I was feeling guilty about feeling sad and I know that it is a natural emotion that ebbs and flows with the circumstances of our lives! I sit with this sadness and I know that this too shall pass. When I let it go and don’t try to fight it, it dissipates
