There’s not even a question but that we need a quick, massive bailout to individuals at this time. I supported UBI during my campaign and I support it now. Then it was important and now it’s critical.

Marianne Williamson supported UBI during her campaign... And she supports it now.

It’s always been critical for millions of Americans. But thanks for speaking up. 👍

It should be Basic Minimum Income not UBI because you give $1 to a beggar you don't have to give $1 to richest guy. That is screwed up logic that we have to get away from. We can put a high enough ceiling as the limit (those who make over $1 million in compensation to exclude)

You’re a humanist Marianne, that’s why I’ve respected you and greatly appreciated what you brought to the political conversation. I ask that you keep pushing from now until 2024, to keep human first ideas like UBI in the public mind.

Yes ... If a "Universal Basic Income" was already in place, the framework would already exist for people to now receive any additional help required.

I agree. UBI will definitely help people.

Completely agree, just read @AndrewYang statement and like his response.

we have a defacto General Strike with zero scabs NOW. What are our demands? Everyone needs paid sick leave, $15 / hour minimum and teachers deserve a big raise, for statarters. Rent, mortgage and utility moratoriums. Trump/GOP incompetence and corporate greed put us here.
