Among other things this is a forced slowdown. And we need that. When we slow down, we’re more likely to go deeper. And we need to go deeper if we’re to have any chance at all of becoming the people we need to be in order to navigate the times in which we live.

I've been overworking for 15 years, running my own small business and taking care of a disabled child. My kid is better now and my business is dead so this break is teaching me that.
