So you want the government to take your local doctor working at your local hospital/clinic away from you and call them onto duty to provide care in a makeshift field hospital when he is already privileged and currently working in a civilian hospital or private practice?

I’m acting as an active duty doctor working in a military hospital currently- I am all for my reserve and guard brothers joining me but I’m not sure you all understand that these doctors are going to be pulled from the civilian healthcare system leaving significant shortages
