Books we never read but always said we wanted to, poems we never took the time to digest, people we were too busy or too selfish to reach out to. Being forced to stay home means being forced to confront ourselves, and in that confrontation lies gift we would have never received.

As an introvert, I'd like to quarantine. No problem. But, my towns going about, business as usual... Except for it's really slow at work. I'm already losing tips.

Or poems and books and music we haven’t taken the time to write. Creative expression, as you know is very healing. It’s a good time to tell and share our stories🌹

I'm alone & remind myself that by staying home I'm helping others, not just myself. Calls and emails to strengthen relationships with both nearby & distant friends and family can be rewarding. Exploring familiar and new music on streaming media is both calming and fascinating.

No. The at home thing is indicative of imprisonment which is widely known to be the equivalent to “Hell”. It was created for repentance. Forcefully. The successful solution is to gather yourselves with the life saving tools I provided and engage with others without harm

The journey within - as worthwhile as it is - is full of self-judgment, pain, and fear. Explore them honestly and we find they are not as they seem. Be kind to and never punish yourself. We did the best we could at the time. Being alone is a wonderful opportunity.
