If you’re about to think “Oh no, I might not be able to get this or that at the grocery store,” take a moment to consider how US sanctions have effected people in Cuba, Iran & Venezuela. Millions of people for whom life has been made so hard. These are ways we can grow from this.

Iran has all the opportunity in the world to come to the table to reach a agreement with the US so sanctions go away. Not remotely comparable.

Thank you for this. As a Canadian living in Cuba, I see the effect of sanctions every day. It bites the worst in the health sector, where medical supplies are limited by those sanctions. Where are the human rights?
