One of the ways to dissolve the panic is to begin immediately to provide solutions. Mayors should set up 2 kinds of hotlines: 1 for people who need to receive help, and a 2nd for people who want to provide help. Once we’re joined in that kind of consciousness answers will appear.

I was just saying if the government did some kind of paid program I would sign up today. I'm unemployed but college educated and am willing to help but have costs that I need to cover
