I heard Deepak Chopra say to believe the diagnosis but not the prognosis. Have the emotional discipline to take the virus seriously and act accordingly, but avoid the panic that comes from taking projected numbers of deaths too seriously. Nobody really knows. And miracles happen.

Hello I live in Scotland uk. Things are going into a bit of a panic here it’s rather sobering to hear our prime minster say “Many families will lose loved ones before their time” 😔. But we do have to all do our bit as it were & #staysafe. 🙏
