My daughter lives in London and she was showing me today how the UK is handling the coronavirus. Looking at that and the responses of other countries too, one thing is clear: in an age of health emergencies, we need at the very least a semi-socialized system of medicine.

Idk, I don’t have insurance or money so not having to worry about going to the doctor is pretty peaceful.

Marianne, it already IS. What IS Social Security? What IS Medicare for our seniors? HOW do we pay our police & fire dept's? How about our infrastructure? Democratic Socialism policies.... all paid for BY THE PEOPLE / FOR the people. We are only asking that they EXPAND 2 EVERYONE!
