Millions of elderly people in USA live alone. If they get sick there is no one to help them ... particularly if friends or family are sick as well. They will be without food, without medicine, without help. If we do not respond adequately, many will die.This is a moral emergency.

I’m gonna get shit for this but that kind of sounds like a personal problem. My grandma lives alone, but I’d never not get her supplies. There’s some shitty old ppl out here who made no connections throughout their lives and may die due to a life of selfishness.
