It’s like the entire culture has lost all impulse control. People go right for the biggest judgement, quick snarky comment, dumbest edit and meanest possible take on things. All this when depth and reflection, mercy and patience are the characteristics we need more than anything.

Ironically the more helpful, objectively, impulse control would be because the stakes are so high, the harder it is to come by… because the stakes are so high.
