Value of age is it gives you visceral understanding that the journey never ends, the ultimate answer is never “No”, and new opportunities are endlessly creating themselves. Grief and loss at times are simply part of the process.

What’s important is who we choose to be as we go through the grief. If we can allow ourselves to feel the pain but avoid bitterness, learning whatever lessons are inherent in the loss, then we’re stronger and the opportunities are greater on the other side of the hurt we feel now

What is going on? We are still fighting for Bernie - is he still fighting for us?

Marianne Williamson— Speaking words of wisdom... “On the other side of this crisis lies the possibility of the most extraordinary chapter in our history— But only if we are willing to be honest about where we are.”

Boomers certainly ended any new opportunities. The value of age is that you shouldn't live without purposely and treat opportunities as if they are in abundance. Wisdom gives you that visceral understanding that age can't.

I’ve learned through many losses, that meeting it with raw honesty is essential to healing & passing through it. Cry.Scream.Write.Talk.Rest. but never suppress it. Anger is a normal part of grief, yet bitterness can paralyze growth and healing.

Tell people to “fall in line”?! That’s the last thing I would ever tell anyone. Let the democratic process be the democratic process! Once the nominee is determined, there will be plenty of time for all of us to fall in line.
