Tens of millions of young people don’t know how they’re going to pay off college loans or get healthcare, whether the economy will support their starting families & making their dreams come true, or if the planet will even support their survival. Their grief tonight is reasonable

We shouldn’t just be thinking “Who can beat Trump?” - because no one can really know the answer. We should be thinking “Who can help those young people?” - and that’s who can beat Trump.

Oh please. It was the same in the 60s and 70s and we worked our butts off. That what’s called ‘rallying.’ We had a long recession and a war and a crooked president. Our parents were racists. We didn’t sit around whining. We passed the Civil Rights Act.

Heres how. 1. Get a degree that isnt useless. 2. Use degree to get job that pays well and includes benefits. 3. Use income from job to pay for degree. Or, alternatively, dont take out debt on a degree and start working. Pay for benefits instead of loan payments.

2/2 - This *fact of fate* has driven many voters to look for safe harbor in a real time life threatening storm. The *ideals* espoused by Marianne and Bernie still have merit. Keep fighting for them. But don't mistake losing an election for losing the dream. Persist. Persist.

I'm disappointed at the prospect of having another pres I don't want to listen to for 30 sec, because he says nothing of substance, and where I question his honesty. And the prospect of again so much energy going into leader mgmt rather the leader leading change.

I'm no Bernie nor Biden fan but it makes no sense to me that Biden who by all appearances has dimentia, has a few people show up at "rallies", was low in polls, Bernie has thousands show up at rallies and yet Biden wins? Establishment will do anything to get back power.
