There’s a story about a Buddhist monk who was crying over his master’s grave. Someone came up to him and said, “But I thought you were enlightened! So why are you crying?” Responded the monk, “Because I am sad.”

I’ve always loved when you’d tell this story. Another loved one: We see ourselves like spokes on a wheel. Separate from one another. Yet, we forget that we all come from the same center, that we are one.

This Buddhist always thought Bernie & Sensei Ikeda would be besties if they met-as they say the same things on a regular basis & I feel this so much. #VoterSupression has me down in the dumps but I know the support was & is there. We aren’t giving up-but it’s ok to be upset

I was sad when you had to leave the race. But thinking back you brought truth, humor and wisdom to the "wonky" status quo. Now there's actually hope this country will be ready to embrace President Williamson someday. So please be happy. youtube.com/watch?v=6q6mI58Z…
