U shouldn’t mix ur personal private fantasies wJesus Christ.Every “god” isn’t God so it isn’t a prayer;meditate. Yes we r mind, body&soul &need 2b healed. But the body parts that need 2b healed aren’t our private parts, the soul part tho is fear, and the spirit part is doubt.

This is exactly what we need right now! The world isvery much on edge & a lovely meditation like this is perfect for calming down our “fight or flight” response. It gives our nervous system a break so adrenals can have a break & we can actually heal things. Thank you! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
