The problem isn’t that people can create wealth; the problem is that not ENOUGH people can create wealth now due to economic circumstances that keep them limited to survival mode. An honorable person doesn’t want to create wealth at the expense of other people having a chance to.

When a wealthy person gets a tax cut at the expense of a poor person’s child getting good food or a proper education, that’s not healthy capitalism or healthy governance. It’s time to stop the trickle-down economic canard that has damaged so many people & corroded our democracy.

Being unaware of the consequences of our tax code is one thing, but once you become aware of its inequities ... there's no excuse for sitting on your hands and doing nothing ... Voting for someone who will make an effort to change the system is a pretty simple and painless remedy

Thank you for your thoughts about the current state of our capitalist society. Please feel free to share your thoughts about the coronavirus on social media. There are a LOT of ppl who are more concerned about that than about the (REAL) income disparities among Americans rt now.

Fixed it: "The problem isn’t that people can't buy TP; the problem is that not ENOUGH people can create TP now due to pandemic circumstances that keep them limited to survival mode. An honorable person doesn’t want to take TP at the expense of other people having a chance to."

Honor - what a concept! So lost on our society today. We cry out for it like we cry out for social justice. Thank you for this.

Yep: Write a book yourself, sell it, earn a lot of money - legitimate. No one is exploited. Set up a firm, pay dimes to overworked employees while hoarding most of the profits - illegitimate: Wealth accumulation through exploitation.

The problem is too little energy. Things are made by plants, animals and power tools. Plants and animals are limited in their growth rate but power tools can quickly reproduce depending on energy available. Gen IV Nuclear can be that energy.
