For those who are worried about the “socialist” label, Bernie is referring to the likes of European countries some of whom have more vibrant entrepreneurial capitalist opportunities than we do. But it’s not a healthy capitalism when so many people have no real access to capital.

When capitalism has a conscience, I think it’s a good thing. When it becomes untethered to any ethical and moral consideration for people or planet, it’s a bad thing. It all has to do with the consciousness of the people pursuing it.

Bernie is not an “FDR progressive.” And honestly, this insane insistence that Bernie is some Belgium-inspired progressive is exactly WHY even some folks who dream of an FDR renaissance dont support him.

Nope...wasnt cool then either. A main difference though: Obama wanted to normalize relations with Cuba...Bernie wants America to become Cuba
Something tells me Mr. Pinion III won't complain if you praise Winston Churchill, who starved to death 3.5 million Bengalis in a single incident.

I disagree..he's already endorsed the action of a communists..Democratic Socialism is the same as saying..a bowl of shit with sprinkles on top...I'm not saying that all social programs won't work..what I am saying is that the government has not been known to do right by people
