For those who are worried about the “socialist” label, Bernie is referring to the likes of European countries some of whom have more vibrant entrepreneurial capitalist opportunities than we do. But it’s not a healthy capitalism when so many people have no real access to capital.

The man said he’s not an expert on Sweden & he hasn’t stopped praising Castro for damn near 30 years. Love you Marianne but Bernie aint talking about Europe...

Yes he is. And no he does not praise Cuba. He pointed out things about their healthcare system and educational system just like Obama did.

Nothing to worry about, history shows @JoeBiden will either change his mind or completely forget about it

To be honest, when I was just a normal kid they called me a super predator, when I was a young man they called me a thug, when I was at Standing Rock they called me a Terrorist... Socialist is literally the most positive thing they have ever called me... #Bernie2020

If it's so clearly problematic why doesn't he just stop using it. It's just a label after all. Seems like wasted effort to have a constant back and forth over the semantics when he could just as easily capitulate to ignoramuses who can't get past the word to the substance.

Does anyone think that with the crazy whackos touting Democratic Socialism as cool, they would limit their power to the likes of Finland? NO, we would be in the full power grab of Communism within 1 year. There is just no way they could help themselves.

It’s time in America to narrow the gap... “The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much... It is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.” FDR

Those countries pay the highest taxes in the world to have incentives like Free Healthcare and College 45% payroll tax supplemented by a 25% value added tax. When he says free, hes lying to the people because its definitely not free.
