The world isn’t a zero-sum game. It’s not as though there are only so many pieces of the pie & if I give one to you then there will be less for me. It’s actually the opposite: what we give ultimately multiplies & what we withhold from others will ultimately be withheld from us.

The objective is to make the PIE bigger, not the/our slice.. More will come to us as the pie grows but others (involved) get more, too.. The crux is always, how to do it so ALL (stakeholders) benefit.. There ARE ways/answers to that..!
