What climate change, coronavirus and other issues make clear is this: humanity will not thrive in the 21st-century unless we evolve beyond a “me first” or “me only” mentality. We need to shift economically, politically, and socially from an economic to a humanitarian bottom line.

The Golden Rule doesn’t mean “Do under others as you would have others do unto you” because they just might. “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you” because they definitely will, and even if they don’t then someone else will. You become generous out of self-interest

Agreed. The US is separate from the rest of the world in many ways. The beliefs of love thy neighbor have grown into don't trust thy neighbor. Tragic. Wealth and power have become false symbols of prosperity. Evolution back to true humanity!

I agree. The Earth is moving into a new density. The ways of warlords and oppression will not be tolerated. Change is happening, we are witnessing a change.

Capitalism created the greatest rise to standard of living and philanthropy in human history. Human beings have gathered together for mutual benefit since Neanderthals if not earlier.

Human value over economic value 👍 Happily, studies also show that curing poverty and giving everyone a basic income also benefits the economy in general. Win-win! Not to mention how it would help slow the spread of this virus! #UBIStimulus change.org/p/donald-j-trump-…

It's not either / or. It's both. You can't support humanitarian causes with money. The better the economics, the greater the financial resources. Shift away from economics and people starve with no one to feed them

I hear yah , to bad that will never happen! People are making money at the expense of others and as long as that happens nothing will change. People are willing to put Joe Biden up against Trump. Joe Biden can’t take on voters that give him a hard time. Sanders = the way forward

I was just saying this after seeing that yet again someone broke quarantine to go to a public gathering. We are responsible for the health and safety of our community members and if people don't realize this then their communities will be destroyed!
