The point isn’t just to elect a woman per se as important as that is. The most important thing is a woman’s primary concerns: to protect children- which must mean everyone’s child & not just our own; and take care of our home- which today means the home we share, or earth itself.

A generation more sensitive to our own childhood wounds than any in history is now more neglectful of traumatized children in our midst than any in our history. Are we really so delusional as to think we’ve improved on everything?

The 1950s were a time when children were not allowed to have problems. abuse wasn't discussed, mental health issues were not discussed. It was a very unhealthy time for children, it was not "leave it to Beaver" life.
