A lot of misogyny is unconscious. Some of the most vicious misogeny is from women towards other women. One insidious form of it is “selective feminism” - a theoretical support of other women that really only applies to women that we like.

This also crosses gender lines between and among both sexes. Humans can be very intolerant and judgmental of each other. It’s innate.

Yeh, I think Monica Lewinsky would agree with you. NOW was horrible to her when the controversy broke.
I don’t believe that women are a monolithic group. That also applies to all minority groups. I prefer rugged individualism.
