This is where you shine Marianne, with wise counsel and truth-telling; Honestly, as a regular working person, I have felt "represented and validated"/w the Sanders campaign, such that it has gotten-me active-and-involved; Now, I'm crying, depressed, and feel there is not hope.

But I know what you are saying is the truth: "staying present with the process", no matter if it's with the many issues Sanders is advocating, which is TRUTH to power, or whatever adversity one may be facing in Life--being present, having faith, rising-growing. It is painful...
