Joe is a nice man. I like him. But Hillary’s pitch was “Let’s continue the Obama years” - and it didn’t work! It won’t work now!!! What seems to some like a “safe bet” is the most dangerous route we can take now. Trump will look like the one with new ideas! Arghhh!

Maybe, but I think it's a little different now. Now the pitch is "let's heal the soul of America" from the damage from Trump and grow beyond it. I think that message plays differently than in 2016, when Trump could seem more of a change agent than he will this time.

I know u did. You infused the race w a deeper perspective. I agree Sanders (or, my fav, Warren) more authentically responds to underlying issues corrupting America's soul. But I don't necessarily think Biden would be ineffective w that language, there's truth in his experience.
