Joe is a nice man. I like him. But Hillary’s pitch was “Let’s continue the Obama years” - and it didn’t work! It won’t work now!!! What seems to some like a “safe bet” is the most dangerous route we can take now. Trump will look like the one with new ideas! Arghhh!

But more resentment-fueled populism isn't the solution for resentment-fueled populism. And Sanders' ideas aren't new. Are Biden's? No. But he isn't an ideologue and is more likely to listen to modern perspectives like Yang's and yours.
