I hear you and agree with your sentiment in general. I’m disappointed you were treated poorly in the race. Thing is, I don’t believe the power dynamics in America have changed much since its founding. The elite have always had a vice grip on the rest.

Who is the Democratic establishment? Because I’m old enough to remember as well, and I’m pretty certain they led us to women’s rights, LGBTQ rights, the ACA, Medicare, and a whole bunch of other stuff Bernie loves to trash. These “anti-Democratic establishment” takes are vile.

We do not have to enforce socialism on America to get rid of crony capitalism—stop assuming that government knows best. Nothing new about socialism as it only requires govt to assume more power and declare itself good. What is novel is the American System of limited govt.
