Many of the people yelling “Bernie could never beat Trump!” know in their hearts that maybe he could - but they themselves don’t want it so they’re just saying that. “He’s too extreme!” What an age we’re living in, that healthcare and education and justice for all seem “extreme.”

People don’t like Bernie because his plans disproportionately help irresponsible people. Those who worked hard and did things the right way get absolutely nothing even if they are hurting financially or have sacrificed a lot to pay everything they owe (ie. medical & school bills)

that’s certainly NOT true for me! I’ve been following @SenSanders for more than 20 years! My concern is one hour outside of cities the tone is Trump deaf ... and @FoxNews

Exactly so, Marianne. Sanders is, essentially, arguing for FDR's New Deal and expanding upon it. People may disagree with this political platform, that's fine, but to call it "extreme" is absurd and ahistorical.

I like Bernie! I don’t think his ideas are too extreme but do think the way he wants to get there is. Not only extreme but seemingly impossible. They also seem like empty promises similar to the “we’ll build a wall and Mexico will pay for it” promise trump made to his voters.

Why is Trump scared to debate him, if he is sure he could win?

If Bernie hates the democratic establishment as much as he does why doesn’t he run as an independent ? He’s an independent. He needs funding from the Democratic establishment that’s why!

Face it. Bernie is a kook. I’ll hold my nose and vote for him if I must, but I’m not going to lie and say I don’t think he’s bonkers. He can’t communicate without screaming and finger pointing. I am not a fan crazy drunk uncle presidents. Decorum matters.

I've listened to Bernie since the last time he ran. Elizabeth Warren is not divisive. Warren has step by step plans to deliver a progressive agenda. She has heart. More Republicans and independents would vote for her. Bernie is a demagogue with his rallies and taglines.
