Have people read the ingredients on certain foods some you can hardly pronounce. Food is the 2nd or 3rd most important thing on earth and we allow food companies to put so many chemical/artificial items in the food.

I say amen to this. What goes into our bodies is who we are. Cut the sugar and excessive alcohol and we have a healthier society. Let’s support those companies who do good for our environment 🙏👍🏻🕉

I'd say the biggest contributor to Americans being sick at a higher rate is that most can't afford *preventative* care and *regular checkups*. Check a little lump, get orthopedic shoes, go on meds 12 months earlier and halt progression etc. the future problems may not materialise

Having coverage and not having your family’s health held hostage by your job will do a lot to improve those things. People don’t get enough exercise when they are stuck in a cubicle. And it steps toward lessening profit incentives in the drug industry.
