Yes we need diplomacy as well as military solutions, but we need to realize undue influence of military-industrial-complex in determining our policies. More short term profit in war than in peace-building, casting a veil over eyes of the American people. We need a Dept. of Peace.

Call Mr. Trump to create one Mrs. Williamson. - It is a good idea even to Republicans/Independents. Pave your way w/bipartisanship. (No brick walls, just challenges)

This would mean significant reductions in spending both for the State Dept and the Dept of Defense. This is a drastic restructuring of a huge part of the US economy, and what will amount to US foreign relations. Changes this massive can cause unseen consequences for many.

Yes we keep getting warned. I see the results of it on my pay stub every week in Federal taxes. When are we going to stand up and say stop spending us into oblivion? Can you say denarius? Then Rome fell? Or USSR? Spend Spend Spend!
