Some say Sanders doesn’t deserve the nomination because he’s “not a Democrat.” Any American should be able to run for president, but the political parties have made it very difficult to do so as an Independent. And the party of inclusion should actually be the party of inclusion.

Absolutely. I live in an open Primary state. Independent voters can vote in a presidential primary and they definitely can choose to vote in the Democratic primary. What do the Republicans have? Trump and de la Roche.
Bernie Sanders has caucused with Democrats throughout his career and he is more Democratic than most Democrats today.
