The superdelegate system was designed to keep control of nomination process in the hands of party elite. It’s very undemocratic, and any candidate has a right to protest it if it’s used against them.

Is this the policy of #DNC as it stands for this election cycle? Was it brought up after last election cycle and if it is the current policy shouldn't we adhere to it and then once elected change the policy? Just trying to understand how we change rules in the middle of the race?
