The superdelegate system was designed to keep control of nomination process in the hands of party elite. It’s very undemocratic, and any candidate has a right to protest it if it’s used against them.
Bernie Sanders warns at #CNNTownHall that it will be “incredibly divisive” if a contested convention nominates a candidate who doesn’t have a “substantial plurality” of pledged delegates from the primaries

Without supers minorities never have a voice, since the white majority is so large. Super are very important for equity.

When Al Gore lost democrats said George Bush was selected and not elected. It would be undemocratic party if party officials do not absain. Demonstrate the honesty and inegrity shown by @TulsiGabbard in 2016 if you are a party official and cannot be nuetral.

The @DNC hasn't realized that people have caught to their shit system that rigs election
1) y'all knew the rules going in. Objections have only arisen now because it won't go your guy's way 2) of course it's not democratic. The party and its internal policies aren't a part of the government. 3) of course it benefits elites. Literally the point of a party.
Why are GOP supers beholden to the will of the people but the DNC supers are left to their own devices?

USA can barely be called a democracy imo :p There are 2rightwing parties (compared to the left in europe anyways) Democracy needs many parties, it needs influence from all people and opinions. Having different parties with different opinions will force cooperation.

You're under the false impression that there's anything democratic about the Democratic Party
