The superdelegate system was designed to keep control of nomination process in the hands of party elite. It’s very undemocratic, and any candidate has a right to protest it if it’s used against them.
Bernie Sanders warns at #CNNTownHall that it will be “incredibly divisive” if a contested convention nominates a candidate who doesn’t have a “substantial plurality” of pledged delegates from the primaries

These next elections, in nearly every state, will be a vote for democracy or superdelegates? I personally don't need my betters choosing for me.

I believe you are an a Lightworker of the 21st century. I also believe you are absolutely wrong about Bernie and about the superdelegate nominating system. It helps to avoid populists and hacks like Bernie Sanders who, by the way, is not a Democrat. He's the paid opposition.

It seems like some folks want rules changed midstream during the process which will make some happy and some mad. Let the process be and change it for next cycle. It's fair that way since all knew the rules.

Superdelegates need to be abolished completely.
It only matters when it hurts someone they like and helps someone they dont. These people dont actually believe in democracy.

America was designed to be ruled by elitist. The founding fathers didn't trust the rule of the people.
