In the current healthcare debate, primary focus is on the undue influence of health insurance companies. But we should be just as focused on the undue influence of pharmaceutical companies.

Every time a doctor makes a diagnosis, patients should be guaranteed information regarding nonsurgical or non-pharmaceutical remedies statistically proven to be equally efficacious. And Insurance should have to cover those at the same rate.

There is no longer any real independent medical research. Amazes me that even any research on nutrition doesn’t take in consideration if the ingredients are synthetic or not. That important variable is not even considered.

I love you and I supported your campaign. We need you to endorse Bernie Sanders. Look at your groups, its devolving girl. Your supporters could unite to get us all what we need. Or at least get someone who is willing to fight by our side.

It seems like, if you were to analyze the largest cost associated with healthcare, it is skilled labor. Doctors make what? 300k per year in the US, or more? Granting H1-B visas en-masse to any med-student or qualified health professional seems logical.

Agreed. Insurance is the scape goat. Pharma. Hospitals. Equipment manufacturers. Physicians. These are the places where the real problems lie. We need to focus on shared decision making (see Dartmouth Institute), perinatal, end of life, and rationing. The only way!
