At a time when democracy itself is under attack, we have to care about more than just candidates. We have to care about the process itself. END GERRYMANDERING needs to be a cry rising up from all of us.

In the short term, it might be easier to bring more voters into the coalition by speaking to the issues that affect them. But that’s off the table because it would alienate deep pockets underwriting democratic politics.
