Addiction is a primary disease that's actually better described as stuck-addiction & broken-addiction, it has dealers pushing this disease across all of its forms. It's politically easy to look at the criminalised forms of this disease & seek death penalty only for these dealers.

Singapore law is very tough on drug but they don't have the racist criminal justice system. I'm sure many poc innocent will become a victim of biased & cruel enforcement.
