It’s individualism. Libertarian tech nerds think of people as “individual consciousness” with unlimited rights rather than as men and women with limited rights, which is what we really are. We need to ban trying to make a male pregnant and end gay marriage to fix deep problem.

I'm all for looking at the deeper meaning behind issues. But it's a sin issue first, and unless we understand and accept that, we have no hope of making anything really change. The founders knew this, that why we have (had) checks and balances among the branches.
