We don’t have a healthcare system, we have a sickness care system. Ask why we have a higher rate of chronic illness than do citizens in other rich countries. To really provide healthcare, we need to take on chemical, food, Big Ag and fossil fuel policies that regularly poison us.

I’ll add to that. As a nation, we also need to lose weight. We are freakin fat and that’s a big reason we have so many health problems. Diet and exercise would solve a lot of our medical issues. Unpopular opinion - but I don’t care.
