It should be a national goal that every school in America be a palace of learning, culture & the arts. This isn’t a matter of possibilities; it’s only a matter of priorities. The way to have a more prosperous economy 10 years from now is to take better care of our 10yr olds today

Love that term—palace of learning, culture and the arts. Every school should be this!

A ‘palace of learning’. T’would be grand. A big reason it’s not that way now is bc the purpose of schools-how teachers & students are ‘measured’ (as if you can make a kid grow taller by using a yardstick every day & recording their height) is to move kids along an assembly line.

How does common core support your goal? How is telling students what to think a useful goal? Start from Source and build a System which honors the Image of Source. The “reality” coming out of the palace is literally eating our children. How dare YOU.

Something needs to be done about bullying. Constant stress is very detrimental to brain development. The teachers have no idea how to fix it. That's because they can't fix it. The kids are only imitating the adults. We need to fix it at every level. We need more LOVE

Found this interesting. "Elementary children need at least three hours of active free play a day to maintain good health and wellness. Currently, they are only getting a fraction." inc.com/bill-murphy-jr/want-…
